Product Director Forecast Automation Finance Decision Optimization

As the Product Director with the Forecast Automation and Engineering team you will leverage your techno-functional expertise to design and implement forecasting models that meet business needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions with business objectives ensuring model accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret forecasting processes to design optimized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and model enhancements(e.g. connecting upstream/downstream calculators streamlining code base).
• Collaborate with tech teams functional partners (P&A Controllers Risk) line-of-business partners (Firmwide Commercial & Investment Bank) and internal stakeholders to align on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage a scorecard of metrics to track success in a multi-dimensional way (e.g. time saved data pipelines automated control checks enabled).
• Deliver on AI agenda (e.g. agentic solutions that automate forecasting-related activities AI development for discovery)
• Articulate aproduct vision and strategy to guide development efforts.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for onboarding models ontocloud-based architecture (e.g. Databricks).
• Leverage JIRA and JIRA Align to align stories epics and initiatives to the product roadmap.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Business or related field.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Databricks architecture and Python coding.
• Experience in developing and executing forecasting models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

• Background in retail banking products.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and cloud solutions.
• Ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals and returns on investment.
