Seeking associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience at a top firm representing lenders Investment and commercial banks business development companies or other providers of debt financing and/or borrower:s(including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions buyouts restructurings special situations and other corporate finance transactions.
