Seeking all-level associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks business development companies or other providers of debt financing) and/or borrowers

(including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions buyouts restructurings special situations and other corporate finance transactions.
