Tasks

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Assist in data entry and updating records in the companys database ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes and improve document management systems.
• Respond to requests for information and provide files to authorized personnel in a timely manner.
• Perform routine clerical tasks such as scanning photocopying and sorting documents to support administrative operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
