Field Technician Foreman

One of the fastest-growing Low-Voltage Integrators in the NYC market continues to grow - and has an opening for an experienced Field Foreman to lead security installation crews and help keep projects running smoothly from start to this hands-on role youll work alongside technicians in the field coordinate with General Contractors manage daily jobsite activities and make sure installations are completed safely on schedule and to a high standard of quality.

The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in the low-voltage security or construction industry and is comfortable motivating crews solving problems in the field and keeping projects on track. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial security installation projects.
• Work alongside technicians to support daily installation activities.
• Coordinate project schedules and jobsite logistics with General Contractors project managers and customers.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications quality standards and company expectations.
• Conduct daily jobsite planning and crew assignments.
• Monitor productivity and provide guidance training and support to team members.
• Enforce all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Previous Foreman Lead Technician Crew Leader or Supervisory experience.
• Experience managing field crews in a construction security or low-voltage environment.
• Knowledge of access control CCTV intrusion detection and low-voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial security system installations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA SST Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 62 Certification preferred.
• Experience with Bosch Security Systems highly desired.
