Richard Heath & Associates Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Field Supervisor
Full-time non-exempt
RHA is looking for a Field Supervisor toManage and coordinate all administrative and field duties for the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Appliance Delivery teams. They will work closely with Resource Innovations (RI) and Utility Program Managers to ensure program goals and objectives related to RI Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Appliance Delivery are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Two years of experienceworking with energy efficiency programs - Preferred
- Experience in HVAC industry - Preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word Outlook and Excel required
- Highly effective written verbal and interpersonal communication skills including public speaking
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain records/databases
- Excellent follow-through skills and ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to transfer technical and programmatic requirements into practical implementation protocols
Pay Range:$70000 - $80000 per year
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidates experience education and location.
