Pay: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

We are seeking a hardworking goal-oriented full-time Waterproofing Construction Supervisor to join our Basement Waterproofing Team!

Unique Construction Supervisor Opportunity for Motivated Individual:

Job Specifications include but not limited to:

• Basement Waterproofing or foundation experience is a must

• Ability to complete service Work
• Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Protecting the customer experience throughout the installation process
• Maintain a field presence 80% of the time
• Office responsibilities 20% of the time

Income & Benefits:

• Weekly Base Salary of over$1000 per week Monthly BONUS Opportunity

• Full Benefits Package and 401k
• Travel expenses will be covered
• Advancement & realistic upward mobility

We will provide tools and equipment as necessary but it is a huge plus if you have your own hand tools and power tools.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Must be able to lift 65lbs
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Management experience
