Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations within an airport facility as well as overall administration duties. This role ensures that all janitorial services and administrative tasks meet the highest standards of completion cleanliness safety and compliance with airport regulations. The supervisor will lead a team of administrative and janitorial staff coordinate daily tasks and liaise with airport management to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for passengers and staff.

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift 5:00AM - 1:30PM EST

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour pay rate (US Dollars)

• Supervise and manage janitorial and administrative staff including scheduling training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with airport safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations in terminals restrooms lounges baggage areas and other airport facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with airport management and other departments to ensure janitorial needs are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring proper use and storage.
• Enforce health and safety policies including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests and resolve any customer or passenger complaints regarding cleanliness.
• Train and mentor janitorial team members promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules staff attendance and performance evaluations.

• Must have a Valid State Drivers License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial services preferably in an aviation or large facility environment.
• Knowledge of airport security and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including availability for nights weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals equipment and best practices.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
