Field Service Technicians

We are looking for Field Service Technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 rollout with a leading healthcare organization in Philadelphia. This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact deployment project with one of the most recognized healthcare systems in the area!

**Required Top Skills:**

• Proven experience deploying Windows 11
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device deployments
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• 3 5 years of desktop support or deployment experience
• CompTIA A certification (highly preferred)

Project Overview:

• Support enterprise-wide migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Travel to 50 sites across the tristate area (*car/reliable transportation will be required*)

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Logistics:

• Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extensions)
• 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM 8:00 AM
• Flexibility required for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel
