Field Service Technician II

Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Field Service Technician II in Wilmington NC.

Youll work with industry-leading office technology while supporting customers throughout your assigned territory. From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades youll play a key role in keeping multifunction printers copiers and Managed Print Services (MPS) environments running at their best.

What youll do

• Maintain service and repair printers copiers and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations upgrades modifications removals and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory tools and test equipment and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba dealer and manufacturer training and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures

What Youll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in technical repair service installation training or support of copier and office equipment Photo ID systems/software printers ID Badge systems fingerprint equipment or comparable products
• Relevant education certifications or internships in related fields may be considered in lieu of the required experience
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending lifting and reaching
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business

Earn Well

• Hourly Range: $19.00 to $21.00 depending on experience.
• Service Mileage Reimbursement Plan
