Whatyoulldo

• Maintain service and repair printers copiers and other office technology at customer locations

• Provide product training and support to customers

• Diagnose equipment issues andperforminstallations upgrades modifications removals and retrofits.

• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively

• Maintain parts inventory tools and test equipment and perform preventative maintenance

• Completerequired Toshiba dealer and manufacturer training and rebuild components in the shop as needed

• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures

WhatYoullBring

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of1yearof experienceintechnicalrepairservice installation training or support ofcopierand office equipmentPhoto IDsystems/software printersID Badgesystemsfingerprintequipment or comparable products

• Relevanteducation certifications or internships in related fields may be considered in lieu of the required experience

• Experience with document management systems multifunction printers (MFPs) print devices and/or 6 months of Shop Tech experience is a plus

• Intermediate computer skillsandstrongelectro-mechanicalaptitude

• Ability to lift bending lifting and reaching

• Valid drivers license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positionsrequiring theuse ofapersonalvehicle forcompany business

Earn Well

• Hourly pay of$18.50 - $23.50 depending on experience
