Title: Field Service Technician Home Appliances & TV

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair Hisense televisions and home appliances at customers homes.
• Provide professional courteous and efficient service to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Complete service reports repair documentation and parts requests accurately using mobile applications.
• Maintain high standards of service quality first-time fix performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned service inventory and return defective parts as required.
• Participate in technical training programs and certification courses provided by Hisense.
• Follow all company service procedures safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment.
• EPA Certification and fridge sealed system repair ability.

• At least 3 years of experience repairing televisions major appliances or consumer electronics.
• Knowledge of electrical systems refrigeration systems and electronic components are preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones tablets and service management applications.
