Were recruiting for an experiencedField Service Technicianto join a leading machine manufacturer supporting customers across North America.

This is a travel-based role installing commissioning and servicing automated processing and packaging equipment while providing hands-on technical support and outstanding customer service.

What Youll Do

• Install commission and start up processing and packaging equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and pneumatic faults
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
• Troubleshoot automated machinery at customer facilities
• Train operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
• Complete service reports and documentation using Salesforce
• Recommend equipment upgrades spare parts and future service requirements
• Represent the company professionally while supporting customers across North America

What Were Looking For

• Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or a related field
• 3 years field service or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on automated manufacturing processing or packaging equipment
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States with occasional international travel
