Field Service Scheduler- 1st Shift

Milacron is looking for a Field Service Scheduler to join our team in Batavia this position you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service activities to ensure timely and effective support for customers. The Field Service Scheduler serves as a key point of contact between customers field service technicians and internal departments ensuring service requests are managed efficiently communicated professionally and supported with the necessary tooling parts and Youll Do:Schedule and dispatch field service technicians in support of customer service requests installations repairs retrofits and preventive maintenance technician assignments based on skill set availability customer requirements and geographic schedules as needed to accommodate emergency service calls customer requests and changing business technician schedules to maximize efficiency utilization and customer as a primary point of contact between customers field service technicians and internal customers with timely updates regarding technician schedules arrivals and service the shipment and delivery of tooling parts and specialized equipment required to support service activities on Milacron service requests efficiently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional and effective communication with customers and internal exceptional customer experiences through proactive problem-solving and service :High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree service experience in a customer-facing role organizational skills and attention to verbal and written communication to manage multiple customer onboarding activities with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications of company products services and aftermarket support processes problem-solving and customer relationship management to deliver training and effectively communicate technical information to for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
