Our Field Service Representatives are a key component to our success. They liaison between a variety of stakeholders. These include but are not limited to; benefit plan participants local union representatives and employer representatives. With on-the-job training the field service representatives provide ongoing communication and education about our retirement and health benefit plans.

What youll be doing...
We get it. Employee benefits are complicated. Typically when someone needs to use their benefits they are also going through momentous changes. Theyre newly retired or planning to soon. Or they are dealing with an important health issue. It may be that they are new in their careers and trying to understand what their benefits mean.
Thats where our Field Service Representatives help. We see this role as a trainer or a teacher in helping our participants understand the value of the benefits they rightfully have earned.
If hired you will receive fully paid on-the-job training. With your expertise you will perform a variety of duties including:
- Travel regionally to worksites & union halls to present to plan participants (may involve overnight stays)
- Coordinate and conduct individual small and large group meetings to explain benefits and answer questions
- Take ownership of participant benefit issues to ensure resolution
- Communicate (verbal/written) with participants in English and Spanish
- Support activities related to ongoing benefit documentation using the MS Office suite of tools
- Interact professionally & sensitively with individuals from diverse backgrounds & perspectives
- Progress through a structured career development program
Who you are...
- Service Minded. Provide superior customer service every day.
- Educated. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced: Prior experience in pensions benefits training and/or Human Resources preferred.
- Communication. Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills; bilingual Spanish language skills required.
- Skilled. Exercise professional judgment tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Traveler. A confident & willing traveler with an excellent driving record. Regional travel required which may include multiple overnight stays.

- Starting hourly range of $27.64 - $37.40 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
