Our Client operates in the growing healthcare industry delivering and servicing medical equipment that helps hospitals and care teams provide safe high-quality patient care.

Youll play a meaningful role in healthcare helping hospitals and care teams provide safe high-quality patient care. As a Customer Service Field Specialist youll combine hands-on work customer interaction and problem-solving to support the people who care for others. This is not a typical delivery role: youll build relationships support clinical staff and make a real impact every day.

Youll start your day at our Williston service center load your route and travel locally to healthcare facilities. Throughout the day youll interact with nurses and hospital teams deliver and set up equipment answer questions and ensure everything meets their needs.

Local routes. No long-haul routes. No overnight travel. Home every day.

Full-Time Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:30 PM

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Williston area.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships through professional responsive customer service.
• Ensure accurate delivery pickup and service documentation.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Load unload clean inspect and disinfect equipment according to company safety and quality standards.
• Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean organized vehicle and professional appearance.

• 2 years of customer service delivery or field service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Comfort working in a warehouse and outdoors in Williston weather.
• Flexibility to work according to customer demand which may include some nights and weekends.
• One week of training in San Antonio Texas.
• Additional travel opportunities to support service centers nationwide.
• Ability to travel by commercial airline for business needs.
