Job Description: Project Manager Field Service

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in one of todays most exciting role will report to the Director of Field service and based in San Jose CA.

This is a fully on-site in office role 5 days a week when not traveling. (Must be able to travel domestically as needed expected to be about 25%)

The Project Manager will support the Service Department team to manage projects both internally and at customer energy sites. This will include tracking engineering cost reduction projects day-to-day management of internal service projects and management of large external-facing customer sites. The role will require cross functional coordination between Supply Chain Construction Engineering Quality and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• 5 Years of hands-on Project Management experience to track and deliver projects is a must
• Leading Cross functional teams experience is a must
• Electrical experience especially industrial electric up to 480V 3-phase
• Energy Industry experience with projects in a commercial/data center environment is a plus
• Experience with software and tools like Salesforce Excel PowerPoint Project etc.

• Must have excellent communications skills ability to organize and lead a diverse team
• Proven track record successfully managing construction projects setting timelines and critical path for projects
• Must be a problem solver and a self-starter!
• Must be able to travel domestically as needed expected to be about 25%

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing implementing and tracking select field upgrade campaigns
• Tracking and reporting of Cost Reduction projects
• Responsible for managing internal Service Department projects

• Managing customer upgrades including contractor work and organizing Bloom personnel
• Accountable for reporting project status to leadership
• Cross functional collaboration with Supply Chain Engineering Finance and Operations teams

Education and experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• MS / MBA PMP Certification is a plus
