Overview
Provide on-site and remote technical support commissioning maintenance and troubleshooting for water treatment systems across the region. Deliver professional customer service and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical water treatment equipment (pumps valves motors etc.).
Commission new systems and complete detailed commissioning reports.
Troubleshoot electrical mechanical and control system issues on-site and remotely.
Install test and maintain electrical/control panels PLCs I/O and instrumentation; tune control loops and assist with programming.
Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance procedures.
Maintain internal records and provide timely external service reports.
Travel regionally and occasionally across North America as required.
Maintain safe work practices and represent the company professionally at customer sites.

Qualifications
Vocational certificate or Associates degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
3 5 years experience with electro-mechanical equipment and system start-ups/maintenance.
Hands-on experience with PLCs control panels I/O and instrumentation.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
Strong problem-solving communication and customer-facing skills.
Proficient with Windows-based PC software.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy items and work on feet for extended periods; flexible to work outside normal hours when needed.
