Role Overview

Field Service Engineers are responsible for installing servicing repairing and maintaining Linxs full range of coding and marking products across the United States. Youll work hands-on at customer sites ensuring our solutions operate at their best and our customers remain satisfied.

This role requires regular travel in Texas including 23 nights away from home each week to support customer needs and scheduled service activity.

What Youll Do

• Install & Maintain Equipment: Set up service and repair coding and marking systems at customer sites
• Respond to Breakdowns: Diagnose and fix issues quickly to keep customer operations running smoothly
• Deliver Great Service: Build trust with customers through clear communication professional support and effective problem-solving
• Travel to Customer Sites: Support customers primarily across Dallas and Houston with 23 overnight stays per week
• Handle Service Calls: Manage field service requests promptly and professionally
• Document Work: Keep accurate records of service visits repairs and maintenance
• Support Linx Solutions: Help customers get the most from their Linx equipment ensuring high standards of performance and reliability

• Be highly selfmotivated organised and comfortable managing your own schedule and travel
• Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution keeping customers informed along the way
• Communicate clearly and professionally both facetoface and in writing

Your Background

• Experience in a handson technical service engineering or customerfacing field role
• A strong service mindset with a genuine desire to help customers succeed
• Comfort working independently often on the road as part of a growing US operation
• Valid US drivers licence
• Willingness to travel regularly between Dallas Houston Austin and San Antonio including 23 nights away per week

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
