Field Service Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in field services or related the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Working with multiple units simultaneously including Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) SDC Modulars PXP and Batteries to ensure unit is operating as designed and ensuring efficient coordination and performance; (2) Training engineers to troubleshoot and perform battery maintenance repairs system upgrades and parts replacements; (3) Leveraging knowledge of electronic theory to perform regular safety procedures to operate the unit including trouble shooting alerts and part replacement; (4) Utilizing safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) PPE usage risk assessment tools handling environmental awareness and safety recommendations to ensure a secure working environment; (5) Handling and maintaining various UPS systems through multiple services stages; performing maintenance managing spare parts extending equipment life trouble shooting and providing training to customers; and (6) Providing round the clock technical support analyzing complex situations and delivering effective remote solutions to resolve incidents promptly.

RATE OF PAY: $100963 per year
