A Day in the Life
Start your morning at home: plan your route review your target accounts prep follow-up notes from the day before.
Drive your planned route typically 1215 stops in Central New Jersey (Counties: Middlesex Monmouth Mercer)
Walk into apartment communities maintenance offices and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships with the people who make repair decisions.
Deliver a proven introduction and ask questions to better understand the needs and motivations of our customers.
Follow up with contacts who werent available keep your pipeline moving and watch early conversations become recurring accounts.
Log every visit note and follow-up in our software before your day ends.
Attend a weekly team meeting (breakfast included) to review numbers share wins and get coaching.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
