Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesProvide expert technical service and maintenance support for government contract equipmentPerform warranty inspections repairs and/or replacements on government contract equipmentPerform monthly cycling and inspections on government equipment in JCB storagePerform pre-delivery inspection and service audits Support service FSI and rework effortsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsAt least 5-8 years of experience as government contract Field Service Rep or equivalent military maintenance backgroundMust be able to obtain a passport Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics extensive troubleshooting experienceExperience instructing/training operators and/or to obtain and maintain security clearanceMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of practical experience instructing the operation and maintenance of Heavy Equipment HE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).Experience in Military EnvironmentKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsManufacturing/factory environment with occasional work outdoors.
