Job Title: Field Quality Coordinator / Analyst

Location: Camden NJ (Hybrid after 90 days)

Pay:$30/hour

Assignment Length:1-Year Contract

Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Summary: Our Client in Camden NJ is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator / Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity. This role supports the Field Quality Assurance Division through data analysis reporting and coordination of quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Field Quality Assurance teams by reviewing reports to identify quality concerns.
Gather additional information on quality issues through email messaging and phone communication.
Analyze and organize data from multiple IT systems and provide updates to management.
Maintain and monitor reports and logs for accuracy completeness and timeliness.
Communicate with field staff to coordinate and facilitate vehicle inspections.
Coordinate failed part collection and track progress.
Support creation of technical reports and follow up on investigations.
Review customer service and technical helpline cases and summarize findings.
Follow up with internal teams to collect missing checklist items.
Maintain spreadsheets for tracking quality data and activities.
Generate weekly bi-weekly and monthly reports on quality concerns.
Support ad hoc KPI reporting and Excel-based data analysis.

Candidate Requirements
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn proprietary systems and new processes quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (pivot tables filtering formatting).
Strong reading comprehension and communication skills (phone and email).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience with smartphones apps Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology.
Ability to manage data across multiple systems.
2 years of Automotive or IT experience preferred.
Experience working with teams to gather data and information.
Proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility in prior roles.
