As the Field Property Adjuster you are responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced Homeowners Claims. Determines coverage damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for homeowners first party claims leading to the proper disposition.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Property Field Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Milwaukee WI or live within close proximity to Madison Kenosha West Bend Oshkosh or this role you will manage moderate residential and some condo claims conducting both in-person field inspections and virtual assessments from home. Success in this position requires strong conflict management skills proficiency in Xactimate and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Builds functional relationships with both internal and external customers

Applies a sound understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

Negotiates settlements makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within authority limits

Demonstrates sound understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company

Demonstrates proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on advanced first party homeowners claims
