Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to support our Power Teams in a hybrid leadership role. This position combines field supervision and project management responsibilities serving as the on-site lead for smaller projects while also handling project coordination and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing field personnel coordinating with customers and subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget.

Projects typically range from $10K to $100K and may support larger initiatives as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead field installation activities and supervise technicians on active job sites.
  • Manage project schedules manpower planning and material procurement.
  • Coordinate with Team Coordinators and office staff on project documentation and project execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and according to scope requirements.
  • Conduct site walks and monitor installation quality and project progress.
  • Interface directly with customers contractors subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Review blueprints drawings specifications and project requirements.
  • Manage RFIs change orders project documentation and closeout packages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and applicable codes.
  • Support startup commissioning testing system acceptance and customer training activities.
  • Assist with project forecasting reporting and resource planning.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in field supervision project management or low-voltage construction.
  • Experience managing Security Access Control Video Surveillance (CCTV) Fire Alarm or Integrated Low Voltage projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings specifications and project documentation.
  • Ability to supervise technicians installers and subcontractors.
  • Experience with scheduling budgeting procurement and project coordination.
  • Strong communication leadership and customer-facing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise Access Control and Video Management Systems including Genetec Lenel LenelS2 Software House (CCURE) AMAG Milestone and Avigilon platforms.
  • Experience working in commercial healthcare education industrial government or mission-critical facilities.
  • Knowledge of commissioning testing and system acceptance procedures.
