$24 - $28/hour (Full-time 40hrs/week)

40-60% travel with Weekend availability required

The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long-term venue locations. This hands-on role supports booth installations event execution technical troubleshooting service visits and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational brand-aligned and event-ready.

• Event setup operation and breakdown of photobooth activations
• Long-term venue booth installations and service visits
• Equipment transportation configuration and maintenance
• Real-time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Guest experience and on-site customer support
• Post-event reporting and operational feedback
• Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy
• Representing the Majestic brand in the field

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience
• Experience in events hospitality customer service technical support field operations or related environments preferred
• Experience setting up equipment technology or event activations is a plus

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and transport equipment safely
