Field Marketing Manager Canvassing Manager (Home Services Sales)

Panoramic Pro Painting is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager / Canvassing Manager to build lead and scale our door-to-door marketing efforts throughout the Denver area.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands canvassing operations door-to-door sales team management lead generation and performance coaching. You wont just manage from behind a deskyoull be expected to work alongside the team in the field set the standard and help create the systems that drive growth.

If youve led canvassing teams in industries like roofing solar home improvement telecom pest control windows or other direct sales environments we want to talk.

As Field Marketing Manager you will:

• Train and lead a high-performing canvassing / field marketing team
• Personally perform door-to-door outreach and model best practices
• Develop strategies to increase qualified leads and estimate appointments
• Set performance expectations KPIs and team goals alongside company leadership
• Coach team members on communication objection handling and closing for appointments
• Monitor productivity metrics and improve team performance
• Create operational processes and accountability systems
• Build territory plans and neighborhood outreach strategies
• Manage schedules reporting and field activity
• Collaborate with ownership on growth initiatives and expansion opportunities
• Represent Panoramic Pro Painting professionally in neighborhoods and communities

Required:

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
• Experience leading or managing canvassing / field marketing teams
• Proven ability to drive results and improve team performance
• Comfortable performing door-to-door outreach personally
• Experience setting goals KPIs and accountability systems
• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
