• Sales: Manage the sales process from start to end for home and business owners.
• Crew Leadership: Direct and supervise excavation crews assigning daily tasks and monitoring crew productivity.
• Site Management: Coordinate with project managers clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless daily site operations.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce all OSHA safety regulations conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain proper use of trench shoring and heavy equipment.
• Quality Control: Interpret plans blueprints and project specifications to ensure mass grading and utilities are executed correctly.
• Project Documentation: Track and report daily progress labor hours and materials used.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience as an Excavation Foreman Site Supervisor or Crew Lead.
• Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in safely operating and supervising the use of heavy equipment (excavators loaders dozers etc.).
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and grading plans.
• Compliance: Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
