Position: Full time
Schedule: 6 days per week 12 hours per day

Job Summary:
The Field Engineer supports the successful delivery of complex deep foundation projects by planning organizing and overseeing all technical elements of the work. This role ensures projects are executed safely efficiently and in alignment with Bauer Foundation Corp.s values of appreciation innovation responsibility and staying down-to-earth. The Field Engineer actively contributes to technical project work quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities of this Position:
Manage preparation of engineering plans drawings and construction details throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and meet deadlines for completion of assigned work
Monitor field conditions to confirm alignment with design and project expectations
Develop and maintain accurate QC documentation and reports
Prepare daily activity reports weekly cost analyses and project closeout documentation
Coordinate resources to deliver projects on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards
Identify anticipate and resolve technical and operational challenges
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure successful project completion
Champion safe practices across all project activities
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; preference for specialization in geotechnical structural or construction fields
Two (2) years of experience on geotechnical/foundation projects preferably involving cutoff walls or soil mixing technologies
Authorized to work in the United States
