Field Engineer – SCADA, Smart Tank & Measurement Systems

What You Will Do:

• Write Permits for any applicable work required on site.
• Support and work cooperatively with field technicians to diagnose and resolve communication failures equipment malfunctions and general technical issues on site or via remote access
• Travel to Customer business locations to install custom RedLion Software
• Software may require slight modifications to ensure that all mappings are correct and flowing into upper level control systems appropriately.
• Verify ATG device configuration is correct.
• Rectify any misconfigurations through a Management of Change.
• Be the liaison between IT/SCADA Measurement and Production Accounting Personnel to troubleshoot ATG data feeds from Device to ProCount.
• Interface with OS&S Measurement team for functional guidance.
• Document installed RedLion software for appropriate archival and audit history

Requirement/Deliverables:

• Central tank sales enabled with Smart Tank at 80% of the total sales volume
