The candidate can be a recent graduate with no experience or less than 2 years of previous experience in heavy civil construction. Responsibilities job duties and training provided:

Understanding construction means and methods
Exposure to budgets; including internal labor and equipment costs subcontractors and materials
Computer skills with the use of Microsoft Office HCSS HeavyJob Agtek earthwork takeoff software and Microsoft Project
Perform Quantity Takeoffs
Support project schedule preparation quantities and production rates
Manage subcontractor quantities for weekly cost and monthly progress billings

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in engineering construction management or similar discipline
