Fiberglass LaminatorAssembler

As an Assembler / Fiberglass Laminator you will support the production of fiberglass tanks by assembling components operating manufacturing equipment and following established production and quality standards. Youll contribute to a safe efficient and organized work environment while helping ensure products are built accurately and delivered on schedule.

• Assemble fiberglass tanks and related components using hand and power tools.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Read and follow blueprints work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Complete assigned work according to production schedules with minimal supervision.
• Inspect work to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area.
• Follow all NOV Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Quality and company policies and procedures.
• Support team goals by assisting with other production tasks and responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing assembly construction or fiberglass experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and work instructions preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules including day or night shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand walk bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to safety quality and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
