We are seeking a motivated and energetic Fiber Optic Laborer to join our dynamic telecommunications this role you will be instrumental in installing maintaining and repairing fiber optic networks that form the backbone of modern communication infrastructure. Your hands-on expertise will ensure reliable high-speed connectivity for residential commercial and industrial clients. No experience in fiber optics No problem.
We train you from day one and put tools in your hands not just theories. If you can show up on time work hard outdoors and follow safety protocols we want to talk to you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Assisting fiber optic installation crews in the field digging trenching pulling cable and conduit work
- Operating hand tools and light equipment under crew lead supervision
- Following traffic control safety and OSHA guidelines on job sites
- Loading unloading and organizing materials and equipment
- Working alongside experienced technicians and learning on the job every day
What Were Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US
- Valid drivers license preferred (or reliable transportation to job sites)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic punctual dependable and a team player
- Prior construction landscaping utility or labor experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand kneel bend and work in confined or tight spaces
- Must be able to work on uneven terrain and active construction sites
