Fiber Management Lead

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects solving complex data challenges and building systems that directly support field and engineering operations.

Were seeking an experienced GIS and telecommunications professional with strong expertise in Esri-based platforms and fiber management this role youll lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise GIS solutions overseeing everything from requirements gathering and data integration to testing go-live and continuous improvement. Youll ensure fiber network design data is accurately validated and integrated into platforms like ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network while collaborating with engineering construction and operations teams to align solutions with business needs.

Youll also drive data integration QA/QC and system configuration efforts including developing ETL workflows using tools such as FME ArcGIS Data Interoperability and Python. Your work will include optimizing GIS platforms supporting legacy system migrations and enabling advanced capabilities such as network tracing and spatial analysis. Additionally youll lead system enhancements automation initiatives and integrations with fiber management platforms like 3-GIS and Vetro. As a leader youll mentor GIS staff support cross-functional collaboration and help guide strategic decisions around GIS and fiber management systems to ensure scalable reliable and efficient solutions.

This role is designated as remote giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects. We value collaboration and responsiveness so we ask our remote team members to be available when in-office presence is neededsuch as for client meetings team events training sessions or field-related project support.

• This position pays between $108200 to $141400 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical dental vision and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
