F&I Manager (Dealership experience required)

Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager who is ready to join a high-volume family-owned dealership group with a fun team strong support and a top-tier pay plan.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive dealership finance experience required
• Strong knowledge of finance products lender relationships contracts and compliance
• Ability to present products professionally and confidently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work closely with sales managers sales consultants lenders and customers
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A positive attitude fun personality and team-first mindset
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
