Job Summary
10-12 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
Deep expertise in HL7 FHIR resources profiles and extensions
Proven experience leading end-to-end data mapping for CMS interoperability mandates (e.g. Patient Access Provider Directory Payer-to-Payer)
Strong understanding of multiple FHIR Implementation Guides (e.g. US Core Da Vinci IGs)
Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into FHIR-based data models and APIs
Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2 CDA X12) and integration patterns
Hands-on experience with FHIR servers APIs and data transformation tools
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
Experience in payer/provider data ecosystems and interoperability frameworks preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures is a plus.
