FFS MID Clinician

This Fee-For-Service position will be responsible for conducting intake assessments for individuals referred to the Massachusetts Impaired Driver (MID) program. This position will be 100% remote and you will have the ability to flexibly schedule these intake sessions (typically lasting 1-2 hours) around your schedule.

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...

• Conduct clinical intake assessments for participants referred to enroll in the Massachusettss Impaired Driving Program.
• Responsible for the timely completion of all required intake documentation assessments and referrals
• Crisis intervention and referral to higher level of care as needed
• Adherence to Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Addiction Services contractual and licensing requirements

Credentials/Qualifications

• Masters degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology educationcounseling medicine psychology psychiatric nursing rehabilitative counseling social work; a minimum of 1 year of supervised substance abuse counseling experience;
• A LADC/CADC may be considered
• Comfort working with court mandated/justice involved clients
• Computer proficiency including but not limited to; Word Excel Adobe Virtual conferencing technology platform(s) etc.
• Self motivated strong communicator highly organized
