Job Title: F&B Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage

Supervision Exercised: Servers Bartenders Hosts Bussers Food Runners

Supervision Received: Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant F&B Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of food and beverage experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant bar or banquet operations a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Understanding of food safety sanitation standards and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards cleanliness and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Monitor dining areas bar stations and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling breaks and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory ordering and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety sanitation and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
