Your Experience Includes:

  • 2 years of food and beverage experience; prior leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality operation is preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage techniques service standards and sanitation regulations.

  • Strong organizational communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

  • Proficientin Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

  • Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Skilled in working efficiently in fast-paced environments whilemaintainingattention to detail.

  • Flexible availability to work weekends holidays and varied shifts as needed.
