ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the Australian Defence Force.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant / Kitchenhand to join our team at Blamey Barracks Kapooka. This role is ideal for candidates looking for variety across both customer service and kitchen work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with food prep meal service and kitchen support
Maintain food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
Support dining room and kitchen operations
Keep work areas clean and organised
Provide quality customer service

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in hospitality kitchen or food service preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable with flexible availability
Knowledge of food safety practices
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
