Demonstrate your ability to be a team player.
Run food totableina timelyand efficient manner.
Set up and clear tables stock all service stations andassistservers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverwarelinenand condiments.
Serve guests with beveragesbreadsand butter to begin their dining experience andreplenishas necessary.
Practice Teamwork and Clean as you go policies.
Transport all dirty tableware fromdiningroom todishwashingarea for proper cleaning.
Attend monthly departmental meetings.
Memorize table numbers and seat numbersofthe dining room and bar.
Follow opening & closing side work sheet for food runner position
Demonstrate Superior Teamwork Skills- this position interfaces with many different members of the team.
Always provide the highest quality of service to guests.
Perform all other dutiesdeemednecessary by management.
What are we looking for
Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Must be able toworka flexible shift schedule to include weekdays weekends AM PM split shifts and holidays. This is a nighttime intensive position workingprimarilydinner shift hours.
Strong customer service skills.
