• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high level of quality service
• Manage train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer experiences
• Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in fast casual dining
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
