Phone Consults: Virtual visits as needed
Case Mix: Adult primary care preventive medicine acute and chronic disease management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active TX Medical License
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Clean Record (highly preferred)
Completion of ACGME or AMA-approved residency program
Experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care
At least one professional reference within the past 24 months
