Job Summary
Family Visitation Coaches needed for full-time temporary/temp to hire position in Philadelphia County.
Schedule: MondayFriday 11:00 a.m.7:00 p.m.
We areseekingcompassionate and dependable Family Visitation Coachesto support families working toward reunification through supervisedvisitation and parent coaching. This role provides a safe nurturing environment where parents can strengthen relationships with their children while developing positive parenting skills using evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include conducting intake interviews and assessments facilitating parent orientations supervising and coaching parent-child visits developing and monitoring family goals maintaining accurate documentation participating in supervision and training coordinating visitation schedules as needed transporting youth and families using a company van and completing other assigned duties.
