Family Support Provider (Family Specialist) - ENCOMPASS/TRAUMA SYSTEMS THERAPY (TST)
Salary Range:$24.04 - $33.66/hour based on relevant years of experience
Location:Larimer County (community-based some in-office in Loveland)
Status: Part-time hourly 20 hours per week
Hours: Weekdays hours include evenings until 7pm

Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting children adolescents and families with behavioral health needs by promoting skill development stability and improved functioning. Provides individual coaching parenting coaching family coaching mentoring and behavioral support in home school and community-based settings. Works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to support treatment goals and ensure continuity of care.
Essential Duties:
- Provide individual coaching caregiver coaching and family coaching to youth and caregivers with behavioral health diagnoses in alignment with established treatment plan goals. Services may occur in the home school or community settings based on client and family needs.
- Provide immediate developmentally appropriate feedback to youth and caregivers regarding choices and behaviors and support identification and practice of alternative strategies.
- Assist youth and caregivers in practicing social developmental and self-regulation skills aligned with treatment goals identified by the therapist caregiver and client.
- Provide transportation for clients as needed and clinically appropriate using an agency vehicle.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with the youths clinician program supervisor caregiver and other identified treatment team members.
- Participate in case consultations and Treatment Team Call meetings as a member of the youths treatment team.
- Complete required Medicaid documentation in the Electronic Health Record within 48 hours of service provision.
- Attend required agency trainings and trainings focused on developing clinical skills and competencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in counseling psychology social work or a related field required.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with behaviorally challenged children youth and families required.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Access to a personal vehicle valid Colorado drivers license insurable driving record and ability to drive to client homes within Larimer County. Mileage is reimbursed by the agency.
- Required to work afternoon and evening hours
- Ability to travel to client homes and community locations and transport clients in an agency vehicle as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing behavioral interventions in both routine and crisis situations.
- Experience working in home- and community-based behavioral health settings.
- Bilingual/Bi-cultural preferred.
- Experience working with youth on the Autism Spectrum preferred.
