We pride ourselves on high quality integrated community-based services that meet the evolving needs of our committed to building a diverse workforce that values contributions of all team members and work to recognize cultural beliefs values traditions language preferences and health practices of the communities that we serve and how they apply to provision of positive health We Offer:A Collaborative and Supportive Team AtmosphereCompetitive Compensation and Paid Time Off PackageFamily-Friendly WorkplaceMedical/Dental/Vision Coverage401(k) Retirement Savings PlanContinuing Education OpportunitiesFamily Support Navigator Position Summary:The Family Support Navigator will partner and engage with families and individuals impacted by substance use disorders providing education on the progression of addiction how to access the service delivery system what to expect when accessing treatment services and assisting with linkages to Support Navigator Job Responsibilities:Engage and partner with individuals whom are actively utilizing heroin opiates and other substances and link them to the existing and emerging array of substance use disorder supportive and recovery oriented services within Monroe and partner with family members of individuals actively utilizing heroin opiates and other substances providing education and assistance with accessibility to readily available to individuals and families ensuring appropriate services are available at the most critical time when individuals are requesting the Monroe County service delivery system and advocating for the immediate needs of the individuals being Support Navigator Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human services and at least two years of work experience in the field of human Support Navigator Required Skills and Abilities:Demonstrate the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to daily practice in the initiative sound judgment and understanding of issues affecting individuals and families in the OASAS be able to work independently and with flexibility in days and hours of verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy are well in a team ability to solve complex problems using creating solutions and act consistently in a manner that demonstrates dignity and respect to individuals and ability to understand support and operate from a strength-based approach; display professionalism in all settings; recognize the importance and benefits of relationship-building and collaborating with other service Rate:$21.63 per hourLiberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
