Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician (MD/DO) Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Family Practice team at the Craig County Health Center. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while providing a mix of chronic disease management preventive care and acute care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic medical conditions and preventive health services.
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Promote patient education and wellness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
