Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient-centered primary care
- Work collaboratively within an integrated care team
- Perform examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory imaging and other diagnostic testing
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe medications within Pennsylvania guidelines
- Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate
- Counsel and educate patients regarding their physical and mental health
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Stay current with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
- Complete patient billing and third-party payer documentation promptly
- Participate in required staff meetings team meetings and training
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
- Commitment to culturally sensitive care
- Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities
