Job Summary

Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient-centered primary care
  • Work collaboratively within an integrated care team
  • Perform examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret laboratory imaging and other diagnostic testing
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Prescribe medications within Pennsylvania guidelines
  • Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate
  • Counsel and educate patients regarding their physical and mental health
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Stay current with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
  • Complete patient billing and third-party payer documentation promptly
  • Participate in required staff meetings team meetings and training

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
  • Strong communication and patient-education skills
  • Commitment to culturally sensitive care
  • Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities
