Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity:
- Full-time direct hire opportunity
- Schedule: 4-days per week 8a-5p
- No weekends are required!
- Setting: Outpatient primary care

Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Requirements:
- Must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant Board Certification
- DEA Licensure is required before hire
