Your Role with the Company:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including physical exams preventive care chronic disease management and patient education
  • Assess diagnose treat and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention nutrition wellness and available community resources
  • Practice across clinic locations in Attleboro Hull Quincy and/or Taunton with occasional evening weekend or holiday coverage as needed


Background Profile:

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Masters degree and active Massachusetts licensure required
  • Ability to manage diverse patient populations across the lifespan
  • Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills
